  • Request rectification of your personal data - you have the right to correct or rectify or modify your personal data so as to ensure the same is accurate or complete – most data changes are chargeable except Marital status and features of Registered Homes as per the T&C agreed upon as any change leads to requirement of re-validation of information updated on the Platform.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data- you have the right to request the Company to not to process your personal data anymore. We will assess your request and take appropriate steps in adherence to the applicable laws.
  • Request the erasure or deletion of your personal data- you have the right to seek for deletion or erasure of your personal data, including any such data which may no longer be necessary to achieve the purposes set out herein. The Company will consider your request and take appropriate steps in adherence to the legal bindings with respect to data maintenance.
  • Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data- you have the right to request Company to process your personal data in limited circumstances with your consent based on legal specification.
